Absolutely! We encourage customers to visit our showroom to see tiles under real lighting conditions. For those who cannot visit in person, we can arrange sample tiles to be sent to you for a nominal fee.

We accept returns and exchanges for unopened, unused tiles within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging. Tiles that are damaged during installation are not eligible for return. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive damaged goods.
